Registration Procedure
Overseas participants MUST send the completed application form and bankdraft by registered mail.
Please send the completed application form with your full amount of registration fee (in the form of bankdraft payable to “CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF LINGUISTS HONG KONG SOCIETY”) and send to:

Notes:
1. Only bankdraft is acceptable from overseas and mainland China participants.
2. Participants from Hong Kong may pay the registration fee by cheque issued by a local Hong Kong bank.
3. Partial payment will not be accepted. We have a “no refund” policy.

For the Fourth International Conference on Linguistics and Language Studies ("ICLLS 2018"), The Chartered Institute of Linguists Hong Kong Society ("CIOLHKS"), co-organisers and the Organizing Committee of ICLLS 2018 ("OC") would only act as the organisers and event host of ICLLS 2018. All arrangements for the conference such as those in travel, transport, accommodation and services are made on the expressed condition that neither the organizer, co-organisers nor OC will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, injury, losses, accidents, delays or irregularities of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including but without limitation to, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as airlines, cruise lines, trains, hotels, restaurants, ground handlers, etc., who is to or does supply any goods or services to the participants of the conference.
Without limiting the foregoing, the organizer, co-organisers and OC will not be responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond their control. They reserve the right to change the itinerary of the Conference without prior notice. They may refuse to accept or to retain any Conference participant as attendee in the Conference at any time.
